What to Expect
Teacher Brittany offers trauma-informed music in Spanish and English. Together, we explore movement, rhythm, song and calming techniques using her signature egg shakers, scarves and bubbles. This class is perfect for ages 0-3, however friends and elders are encouraged to join in and model the music for the kids!
- ✦ each class has the same structure because children thrive on repetition!
- ✦ 40-45 minutes of interactive singing & dancing
- ✦ participation with egg shakers, silk scarves and bubbles
- ✦ bilingual: English with Spanish phrases and songs
- ✦ self-regulation exercises for parents and caretakers to try at home
- ✦ this is where we practice navigating one another, so no perfection needed
All are welcome: those who cry, are shy, have a lot of energy, have sensory needs, are learning how to be human, etc.

Free Music in the Park
Teacher Brittany is a bubbly folk-rock performer on her guitar, Lucinda. She offers trauma-informed music in Spanish and English in Gateway Discovery Park every week all summer. Together, we explore movement, rhythm, song and calming techniques using her signature egg shakers, scarves and bubbles. There will be music, activities and water play is perfect for ages 0-10!
